I coach for results, my standard package includes:
  • Personal Service
  • After purchasing your vegainz package I will be in touch as soon as possible to gather information needed to set up your meal plan(s) and be on available via text throughout the duration of the plan. 
  • Meal plan
  • Ill create a custom meal plan based on your goals, current statistics and eating habits, this meal plan if followed will ensure results. It will be fully plant-based too ;)
  • Workout Plan
  • There will be a detailed workout plan for one month that will teach you all you need to know to make progress. It will include exercises, reps, sets and weight. 
  • Tracking & Accountability
  • We will have weekly calls where we go over what has been done, what can be improved and track results. This allows us to tweak things as we go. 
  • Results
  • We'll ensure you get the results you want and your plan is easy to follow throughout. If you have any questions now or anytime throughout we're available via email, telephone or text
